I LOVE that the freezer is at the bottom. Delivery was a breeze. The men were vwry professional. There is a defect inside the fridge. I think it must have happened during production. Theres a dent on the inside, but it doesnt effect the use. And one of the shelves has a weird curve. Other than that we love the fridge!

But no real complaints. The vegetable crisper was freezing my veggies, but when i adjusted the temp, seemed too warm. It's working okay, atm.

They were extremely communicative leading up to the delivery and although the delivery window stared off very wide, as the delivery day got closer, the window narrowed and their delivery was quick, easy and on time.

I would have liked a white one, but so far this is fine. I've given it a 4 star rating because I haven't had it that long and am sure hoping it lasts a long time. I am older and short and having the freezer on the bottom is so much easier than trying to see into a top freezer to find everything. The freezer consists of two drawers that pullout separately so you can see almost everything at a glance. the spacing of the shelves was a bit unusual and I finally figured out that the one shelf can be moved, but I kind of like it where it is. My cartons of eggs fit perfectly on it and thinner items also. So far I am quite pleased with my selection!
