The fridge is good. The follow up service is hideously, mind numbingly awful. The fridge comes with a kit to switch the door to a left hand hinge. Not a big deal, fairly easy, unless the kit is missing a piece (ONE piece, a left hinge) Ok. It happens…then my dear, patient wife delved into the depths of customer service hell. The first phone call lasted 40 minutes talking to a human being who couldn’t find the part listing. Ok. It happens…the CSR was trying. After telling this young lady no less than 3 times: we need the LEFT HINGE, we were told it was on the way. One week later we received….a hinge COVER (which we already had). My wife went to Best Buy and plead her case - we just want the left hinge. She was told that she would have to call customer service. Ok. She tried again. After 60 MINUTES of the most god awful elevator music (I know, I was listening too), she hung up because our lives have value, the world revolves, we have things to do other than begging Best Buy to send a small left hinge which SHOULD HAVE BEEN INCLUDED!!!, Such a shame, the fridge is just fine otherwise.

Looks good. Very nice with freezer on bottom we bought it for our parents. They love the frig. On the top.

This refrigerator is very spacious. I love the bottom freezer. I don’t have to be looking for my stuff and it saves me from buying a deep freeze.

This refrigerator is larger than I expected. The veges are fresher in the bins and freezer also more spacious.

Delivered slightly damaged. Decided to keep the damaged unit because I was told I would receive a gift card if I didn't insist on a replacement. Still no word about any compensation for keeping the damaged unit. The frig. door doesn't always close completely in spite of making several adjustments

This has a bottom freezer so it was new to me. It is much easer to see what is in the freezer.

This little fridge is great! I was a little hesitant but the reviews were great, so we took the plunge! It does make some weird noises and it doesn’t have a TON of storage, but it’s a great for a family of four. It’s great if you’re on a budget and needing something of quality quickly. Have had about a month or so and it’s been great so far!
