At first the delivery didn’t go as planned but after the 3rd replacement it came perfect. The fridge is very elegant and I worked with Best Buy corporate to make this smooth and easy and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. Perfect size and heights. Easy to clean as well.

Nice size and plenty of storage room for out in the garage

Obviously it was busted on delivery. Read the reviews. Then best buy tells me, "we can take it back and send you a new one" like anybody wants to do that when they are in dire need fridge. Freezer top drawer design is flawed. the open back end allows things to fall into the fridge causing supererogatory effort to retrieve. Also, it has some strange mechanics that allow it to lock its doors after each time its opened for about 10 seconds. That can be annoying. Overall, no other complaints but seriously its 2024. Can we we please start making things that last and aren't controlled by absence? No matter what you choose, you will have to buy a new one in 5 to 8 years. The only benefit gained form this purchase is having access to the fridge on the top rather than than the bottom. Good y'all!

So far i have been extremely pleased with this refrigerator! Very roomy and very well lit in fridge and freezer. Great price too!I did also purchase ice maker which has been great.

I would recommend this refrigerator. I love the bottom freezer. I used whirlpool for years and won't go back. I had to call Best Buy a couple of times and they answered all my questions right away.

had to setup myself. At the time of purchase i was informed that when Geek delivers the product that would place it where I indicated but not plug it in. this didn't happen they left then left, i asked if they are going to unpack frig they stated that they only had orders to deliver and not setup.

Deliver the defective refrigerator to the customer. The Ice Maker did not work from Day 1 after the Best Buy installation. So far the Best Buy technician ordered the Ice Maker kit to replace the defective Ice Maker in the refrigerator, but Best Buy rejected the order. So the technician could not replace the Ice Maker on 01/29/2026.

This is the perfect addition to my townhome. The delivery and installation was seamless, the staff was on time and constantly communicated with me, and now my food is cold! Thanks Best Buy and staff!

We love it. My wife and I have disabilities. The bottom freezer drawer is very helpful. It does stick . It's new. Need to get used to it. My wife loves the alarm which tells her the freezer or refrigerator door is open.

It has been plugged in on Max cool for over 12 hours now and the fridge part is only down to 50 degrees but the freezer is set on the mid range and it is working fine. I needed a new refrigerator that WORKED

Love this fridge but it be having a weird noise and a dent. This is my second replacement but I guess I will deal with it. As long as it works.

Lots of space on shelves and door. So nice and bright with the LED lighting inside, won’t miss a thing. Freezer drawer slides out with ease and has enough room for all your frozen items.

Happy with product. Reasonably priced for having the freezer on the bottom. Was difficult to find a refrigerator that would fit our available space in the kitchen.

The size is not want I was expecting, However the inside is roomy! I gave a 3 because it's always making noise a squeaky noise .I thought a mice was in it and I don't have rodents. SMH I did find out there is a drip pan that was full of water that I didn't even know it had. I should have opted for a different brand , but for now it's gone have to work.
