    decent apartment sized fridge

    It's pretty good so far. It doesn't have door handles so picks up prints easily. It's a bit smaller than standard sized.

    We didn't get this one because it was to big to fit and took 2 delivery dates to find out. This item spent 4 days in my garage, was already damaged and I had to park outside.

    Door opens on wrong side & $99 to change

    Purchased Refrigerator. Very Nice. Because the door can be arranged to open on right or left side. Asked that the door open from the right. Delivered with door opening on left side. They said they couldn't do it after they had already taken the old refrigerator. Then stated it would take two months before another company could come out to do the job of adjusting the door correctly and, by the way, it will cost $99.00 for them to do it. Told them to bring the old Refrigerator back and take the new one. They did

      You could refer to user manual page 10-13 for door reverse. it is not hard to change the door if you refer to the manual. BBY-ExBrand_Insignia

    First refrigerator delivered did not work. The second seems to ok, however the lowest settings will not keep refrigerator temperature below 50 degrees. All of tha associated people i worked with were very professional. Both delivery crews we're great. Would like to give a 5 star rating, however i have concerns over the product quality.

    Terrible Service To Members

    Wonderful product but absolutely terrible. Unacceptable. Customer service didn’t even receive a refund upon returning the item still waiting, including after my mom‘s cancer treatment delayed trip due to bad customer service bad communication, bad notations beyond every single department when it comes down to returning a perfectly good fridge Was not that it did not work. It worked perfectly fine. The temperature would not surpass the temperature I needed for my mother’s radiation treatment medication and they have delayed our trip to go to Atlanta because they have refused to pick up the refrigerator fashion it’s purchase refrigerator and they will be rushed to deliver it but when it’s time to pick it up and something has gone wrong with the customer, they do not know how to have service recovery and their customer service. Ridiculous. I’ve been waiting for a refund for like about a week now this is unacceptable service from Best Buy and geek squad a high standard company that values their customers, but this is not value.

    The first one delivered did't work. The second one had dents and damage. Since I had already gone two weeks without a refrigerator I kept the one with the dents and damage. Bad decision. The tracks for the freezer drawer cracked almost immediately. Very poor design. The top-drawer closes with difficulty which adds to damage of the tracks. If you want an ice maker look elsewhere. the fill box ices up ever three months and you have to take it apart to remove the buildup Sent a letter to the president of best buy. Someone called back and said I could contact them on social media. I don't use social media. They also said I could call them but didn't leave a phone number. Trying to reach anyone by phone is a nightmare
