Parts not available?

When I called the manufacture for parts they said that they don't carry the parts anymore. I think it is way to early to not make parts. So now I have to buy another freezer.

Out of warranty but no one can or will work on these!! Best buy wont work on them when out of warranty. No other mechanics will wotk on them because they can not get parts. So I am out 2 freezers!! They emailed as if concerned but then stopped emailing me back.
