I purchased in store and scheduled a deliver. The delivery was quick, two days. The two delivery men were very careful and brought the item into my kitchen with no issues. The outside looked great, no dents or scratches. However, once I opened the refrigerator one of the glass shelves had fallen off track and caused some damages in the process. Three of the door shelves were cracked, the cheese/cold cut drawer was in pieces. The bottom shelf that sits on top of the two crisper drawers had two cracks in the plastic frame. There was not packaging foam or anything protecting the inside but pieces of tape. I called Best Buy right away and they said they would send replacement doors and shelves. It would take 5-7 business days. Hmmm, ok, these things happen, I waited. The replacement parks arrived but the wrong bottom shelf was sent. I called again, they were going to send another shelve and assured it was the right part. Another week goes by, the shelf arrives and it is the wrong part. I called again and was again re-assured they were going to send me the right part. The issue was finally resolved but it took a month for me to get the right part and three attempts.
