Terrible delivery otherwise so far so good .

It started to make a very annoying noise but when I had geek squad come out to look at it they didn’t even touch it. They said “that’s how insignia makes their refrigerators”. So I took it back and almost 2 weeks later I got my refund. Worst experience ever. I don’t recommend this to anyone.

It was working fine up until the summer. However, we were lucky to have an active manufacturer warranty to cover us and got it replaced. We’re are hoping it will work for a long time.

Two Fridges, Both Failed, Same Problem

Both fridges received made a very loud whining noise for an hour at a time, multiple times a day, loud enough to be heard anywhere within our two story home. The first one was returned before it completely failed, the replacement we received made the same sound (I figured maybe this as normal at this point), and has now completely stopped working after about three weeks. I would strongly advise avoiding Insignia products, as we have also purchased a washer of this brand that also completely broke and needed to be replaced after several weeks.
