    Don’t buy this fridge it sucks. It’s less than a year old and the shelves don’t fit well, they move around and often get displaced when you add items to them. I have to adjust them and push them back so they won’t fall. Today I literally opened the door to the fridge and the plastic clip on shelf broke and all of my condiments fell and spilled everywhere. This was the breaking point and cause for the review. I just opened the door and it broke… it’s made with cheap, flimsy materials. Don’t buy unless you plan to just look at it and not actually use it because if you do, something is destined to break.

    Came with a dent on the back and the side front door, they told me that they gonna give me a refund for $200 and keep the item which I did and it’s been months and I still have gotten anything back

    Install/haul away still incomplete a month later

    The refrigerator seems fine. HOWEVER do NOT schedule or pay for any haul away/delivery/installation. They will not schedule it correctly. You will be fighting them for well over a month for the haul away and install to be scheduled. But if you’d like your fridge set up in a detached building from your house that’s about 100 feet away while your old fridge that doesn’t work sits in your kitchen pulled halfway out into the room while they continue to give you the run around and never handle a service that has already been paid for by all means please do so. This has been the absolute worst customer service experience of my life. OVER a month I have been dealing with this and no one will help, hence the negative review. The fridge itself is great

    I picked it up from the store and when I got it home the shelf in the freezer was broken and you could see the insulation. Got a second one and when they delivered it and opened the door to the fridge the shelf flew out. Poor design, liked the space and set up, but after sending 2 back I was over it!

    Brought first fridge home and after removing it from its box we discovered it was heavily damaged. 3 weeks later we received another one. The men that delivered it noted that it was dented. A few more weeks before the 3rd fridge arrived. It too is dented. A new door is being delivered today. We have always bought our appliances from best buy but after this experience we will not be in the future.

    Fridge doesn't take a month to stop working

    This fridge is absolutely garbage , Brought in march, April things starts going bad in the fridge, top freezer not freezing stuff, June it completely broke down, called best buy, their repair person comes over and he says conpresser not good, claim put in thru best buy to fix. They Denied my claim. So now i have a useless fridge that is less than 6 months old. Save your self some frustration and aggravation and stay away from insignia products, specially this fridge and best buy also that is out there selling people junk products and than let you hanging with no help. This should be a crime, i felt like i got rob, i have been a loyal best buy customer for years, best buy treated me sooo bad it's unbelievable.

    I have called and emailed Insignia & Best Buy regarding a broken deli drawer and a broken glass shelf and still not resolved nor have I received a response.

    My experience with Best Buy has been awful. The day the fridge was supposed to be delivered, they didn't show up. They promised to come the next day ... and didn't. They finally came almost a week later, and the fridge was damaged! It took about another week to get a replacement. Then, about a month later, the ice maker malfunctioned. In short, I have a hard time seeing myself every buying an appliance from BB again.

    The product itself works great, the delivery was the worst as i am three delivery in and still best buy have to come back out to replace a part which they did not put in on the last delivery.

    We have had this refrigerator since January and we do NOT recommend it. Best Buy's customer support and appliance quality seem to have gone down hill. Even though this is a Best Buy brand they do not stand behind it. Instead, their message is "if you buy a cheap refrigerator (their term) don't expect it to run smoothly". We are very disappointed and advise others to proceed with caution.

    1. The paper around glass bottles in the refrigerator is very wet. It should not be wet. 2. The exterior side of the refrigerator is warm. This shouldn’t be warm.

    Excellent fridge but had to return first one due to dents. Second one also has dents but on the side that will be hidden. Freezer magnet strip is off and results in inefficient energy usage

    Fridge was delivered damaged with broken drawers, huge dent in the back like it was dropped, and stripped screws so the door can't be reversed. Lots of reviews mention similar issues. Beware before you order and plan to take at least 3 days off work to wait for an undamaged unit after multiple delivery attempts.

    Purchasing from best buy will be my last time. Refrigerator broke down the 2nd day lost all my meat, groceries. I have 3 children and to get a replacement took more than a week. No one truly cared so sad. Such a well known company and not one person had customer service
