    Poor quality and performance. There is no fan to cool the compressor. Outside always very hot.

    The coldest setting is not very cold at all. And the return window is too short. Don’t get stuck With this fridge like me.

    Let it sit for a couple of days with it on and nothing inside of it. Put a thermometer in it, it rarely went below 40 degrees a the max cold setting. Going to return it

    Doesn't cool, doesn't freeze, essentially a paper weight. Will be returning to the store for a refund. Spend the extra $ for something better.

    They never showed up . I will never buy anything from Best Buy ever again . I took off work so I could be here I called customer service and said they don’t know don’t know what happened. Worse company ever I will use Home Depot nest time .

    Unfortunately this product only lasted 10 months. After only 10 months of use it stopped working all together. The Geek Squad was helpfully with the warranty and replacement but it was a huge hassle to have to replace a 10 month old product.

    I am very impressed with the style and Stainless-Steel finish of the Insignia™ - 18 Cu. Ft. Top-Freezer Refrigerator with ENERGY STAR Certification. The interior is spacious enough to accommodate all my foods and drinks. The division of the shelves is nice and the storage area for fruits and vegetables with controlling switches for crispy or firm is good

    Came with broken trays. Call support, was told I was getting a new tray sent over Has been over a month, nothing came up DONT BUY this, I should have paid attention to the other reviews

    You cannot deliver this fridge on July 23, 2024!!! I have tried by email and telephone calls to get this changed to August 2nd, 2024 and no response or resolution!!!

    I had to return the refrigerator. The freezer never worked and the refrigerator was only moderately cold. A nightmare of an experience purchasing, setting up, and returning 2 weeks later.
