Best Buy had better deals than either Lowes or Home Depot, so I placed my order online and included delivery. I had to wait 5 days for delivery, which was alright. It takes a good amount of time to cool down, which is normal. The temp settings are down with touch and a series of LED lights. As it was cooling, I read in the manual about troubleshooting and what blinking lights meant. During cool down, I opened the door and lights 4 and 6 were blinking, indicating "freezer sensor fault". I decided to just give it time, and once it reached the proper temp, all functions are normal.. So, overall, a great buy.

One of the best things was the professional and courteous service. These delivery men were GREAT! They even asked if I was completely satisfied. Keep it up Best Buy!!!

I love the fridge. The price was within my budget. The space in the fridge is perfect. I'm a empty nester so I didn't need a 20 + cubic feet fridge. However I had to have my first one replaced because it would make rattling noises almost constantly. Before replacement the tech was instructed by his superior to swap out the fan 5 times before getting the go ahead to replace the whole unit. Clearly the fan wasnt the issue. The bew replacement functioned just fine for the first few months and then starting to make the same noise. If you don’t want an annoyingly noisy fridge don’t buy this one.
