Garbage - on my 2nd and contacting to return this one also. Freezer keeps frosting up. Boxes and bags of frozen food get frosted over then damp/ wet. When opening sounds like something is scraping. Doesn’t close properly. Sounds like ice is dispensing but there isn’t an ice maker. The only positive is the light in the freezer

Great little fridge for our in-law apt. i like that i can change all the shelves to how i want them. Its working good, cold & quiet.

A transformer blew up my fridge. I had never heard of Insignia, but it was less expensive and they had a good guarantee and free delivery, so I bought this 18 cu Insignia fridge for my replacement. I've had it over six months and I haven't had any issues with it. The delivery people were awesome. They set it up perfectly. I had a bigger fridge before and I thought this would be too small, but I have no problem with the size. There's sturdy shelves and bins and the freezer is big. I'll definitely buy Insignia again if I'm in the market.

Very helpful and understanding team in explaining the product features. This refrigerator fits cleanly in the kitchen and has a decent look. Cooling is excellent and storage space is enough to keep fed for a family of 4-5 people. I would certainly recommend this product to people looking for quality,looks and budget under $600.

I love my Insignia Top-Freezer Refrigerator. It has the same dimensions as my previous refrigerator but more cubic feet. It has so many options to adjust the shelves, and the interior shelves are glass, which is a nice touch. I had to pick it up from a local Best Buy myself because I couldn't wait five days for delivery. And I'm happy to say there are no dents or cracks in the shelves. If I can remember, I'll follow up with another review after I've had it for a few months.

Great refrigerator fits perfectly anywhere doing its job with a sleek look

The refrigerator is a quality fridge/freezer combo. It looks amazing. My biggest complaint was with the Best Buy Shipping and Install. During install, one representative was verifying door width to ensure proper delivery. The other backed up the truck and damaged my fencing and gate. They did not tell me this happened. I found out 5 minutes after the appointment when i went to shut the gate and saw the damage.

I love everything about my new refrigerator. Nice and spacious and super cold.
