Once the movers saw we were on the 2nd floor they said it would be impossible or wouldnt fit . That was completly false . They didnt even want to remove or dissamble anything. Me and my spouse did it with no issues.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Problem 1: Step 5 of the instruction says "Unscrew the two screws holding the bottom hinge, then remove the bottom hinge from the refrigerator." This is not possible with a screwdriver because there is a third screw coming up from underneath which can only be removed with an end wrench (preferable ratching) after blocking the unit up (I used a scrap of 2x4 laid flat.) The leveling foot also must be removed. Getting the screws started after moving the bracket to the other side is tricky but doable. Problem 2: The original top hinge cover has some holes in it. When I removed the cover (in step 2) I noticed a cable and something clipped to the underside of the cover. I now assume it is the speaker for the alarm but here is no mention of it in the manual. In step 13, the cover from the original non-hinge side is moved to this side; but it has no holes nor clips to hold the speaker. Consequently, the alarm is barely audible. I spent an hour on the phone, got transferred several times, but was unable to connect with anyone that had any clue about technical matters. I gave up when I got transferred back to where I started. Everything else about this refrigerator seems OK so far (I've only had it one day) but be wary if you need to reverse the doors.

Ordered in in August. After a few days of this unit operating, it started to beep loudly, and the 5th and 6th LEDs in the fridge would blink on and off, indicating a temperature sensor failure. After 7 months, and 4 visits from their technicians, they finally allowed me to swap the fridge out. When it was delivered, the new unit came with a severely dented door. Additionally, the floors in my kitchen were visibly scratched and damaged as a result of the delivery. This was my first and will be the last delivery I get from Best Buy.
