Once the movers saw we were on the 2nd floor they said it would be impossible or wouldnt fit . That was completly false . They didnt even want to remove or dissamble anything. Me and my spouse did it with no issues.

I was offered a significant discount so I decided to keep it. The refrigerator has been with me for approximately ten days now and is functioning perfectly. The Best Buy team was professional.

But best buy was nice about it and gave me 2 options and took a partial refund. The dent is not too noticeable so I'm content.
