    The refrigerator has been making loud noises constantly internally. Does not sound mechanically sound. Please let me know if there is a resolution for this.

    The delivery of the refrigerator and the quality of the refrigerator is okay I've had no issues with it so far your delivery drivers were acceptable but customer service in your stores and your representatives online has been a hellacious experience I am not going to be coming back to Best buy to purchase any of my other appliances that I need I will go to home Depot or Lowe's

    Horrible a waste of money. I got this for my mom as a gift and its been lest then a year 2 repairs mens came to try and fix it and nothing i had to go out and buy a deep freezer cause everything been getting Spoil. So upset necer again

    Door drags at bottom and hard to open. Technician came out last week and couldn’t fix it . He called Best Buy to order me a new one, but haven’t received it yet

    Terrible company. Terrible service. Terrible follow up. I cant beleive the total incompetence of this company. Im letting my credit take a big hit by not paying my best buy card as a big statement of my experience. If you value your TIME WHICH IS MONEY, I WOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. DO NOT BUY FROM BEST BUY. IT SHOULD BE RENAMED WORST BUY. BUYER BEWARE.

    If I could give negative stars I would. Started off being told they did have the one I’d seen online, so I picked a different one… Got delivered, I pushed it in place, plugged it in, motor came on, lights came on, I’m thinking good to go… NOPE. Over 36 hours & still no cooling. Have to order a different one, low & behold, they have I originally wanted… SMH

    I would not recommend this refrigerator. I purchased it in June and I'm having to return it today. 7 months of use and luckily Best Buy is replacing it. Great company but horrible product.

    It makes a howling noise! For the longest I thought it was an animal like a cow giving birth outside ! I’m not sure why it does that but it’s really annoying.

    Couldn't tell you about the product. The "professional" delivery folks beat it up to the point we simply had them come and return it. They were too lazy to remove the doors to correctly clear our celllar entrance and suggested we tell them it was that way when it was unboxed. No. Colossal waste of time simply trying to get an energy efficient appliance in service.

    This is our second fridge . First one was t cooling , got a replacement brand new , again same problem . Both times food completely spoiled . We are now waiting once again for a repairman or replacement a week from now . It’s been two months or more since the first one .

    First order had a broke door shelf. Once I got it replaced the second one came in worse condition when I called they said I needed to wait 24 hours to be able to return and replace I don’t think I should have to replace it twice it should already come in good condition the first time not to mention the fridge don’t even get as cold as it should

    This refrigerator freezes food inside. Unfortunately, the thermostat inside the refrigerator lacks a numeric indicator for the temperature setting. It only uses symbols to indicate the degree of coolness, with * representing the warmest, ** for medium, and *** for the coolest. However, it was freezing food rock solid on any setting. I do not recommend this brand. Returned.
