    So, BestBuy listed this product to be on sale because of 4th of July. The sale price is listed for $279. I went online and they didn’t have any available in storage at any of the stores on Long Island. It showed they had the demo floor model in a store (Levittown) about 15 miles from my house. It was the closest store that showed it had a demo model on the floor. In addition, when you view their site it gives an additional $40 dollar off for open box. I went to the store and they would not sell me the floor model. I was informed that it can’t be sold as an open box until it’s deemed by the cooperate office that they will no longer be selling the product. At that point I said that I would be willing to pay to have it shipped at the extra price of $100 from one of their storage facilities. Unfortunately, they looked into their storage facilities and they did not have any in New York, New Jersey as well as Pennsylvania. I asked if I could get a rain check for the sale price when they would get the product available, I was told no. Complete display of false advertising.

    The company should be named Worse BUY

    This service was terrible.For how long it took to get from day of purchase to delivery.It came and was dented during the delivery.To get a credit toward the damages was the must difficult and frustrating customer service experience I ever had.The lack of knowledge of the representatives.The inconsistency of who I should be talking to.I spoke to call centers in the Phillipines,Panama,and the USA. I spent all told about 3 hours dealing with this mess .I got 2 different Make GOOD (right) offers...the first $140 (not exact but ball park) and the final one $45 dollars.The agent said this first quote was incorrect and to top it off I was buying a washer and they would NOT let me APPLY the gift card to the washer....Horrible service and the company has not contacted me regarding ALL this frustration and terrible customer experience.I already did a survey and they send me another to do....UGH!!!

    VERY BASIC, CHEAPLY MADE

    Refrigerator's small and doesn't have any type of deli drawer. Also doesn't allow the ability to change the height of the bottom shelf on the door, which is basically hidden beneath the shelf above it. As someone w/back issues this makes the bottom shelf of the door totally useless. Finally, the refrigerator gives off a chemical smell (Freon I'm assuming) this is the 2nd of this brand that has that same smell. Due to budget constraints and the Frigidaire we wanted being on backorder we'll have to make due w/this one. Wouldn't recommend this if other brands/options are available.

    Freezer door issue

    Freezer door doesn’t close well without grinding and making noise. After service call they said it can’t be fixed and must be the way it is built

    It leaked out its freon

    The build quality needs to be better. I haven't even had it a full two years, was only in the kitchen used only by myself and it leaked all its freon out. Really disappointed.

    Not reliable! Freezer stopped working after 11 months. Replacement unit freezer did not work properly form day one. Had to go to another brand from another source.

    Bad Policy for Missing Parts

    purchased this fridge and was delivered a few days later. Missing 4 bolts for the two handles and was told by online chat that I had to visit store to get them or return the refrigerator and order a new one. Very foolish policy since these 4 bolts could be mailed in a small envelope. Can't believe that someone at Best Buy Service with some sense could do the obvious and save everyone time and money and place the 4 bolts in envelope and mail. Guess Ill just return to fridge. How much does that cost versus sending me the bolts as requested. Very, Very stupid policy at Best Buy!

    Biggest mistake

    The first day I bought this refrigerator it went out and all of my food spoiled. Best buy replaced the refrigerator but not the money I spent on food. This refrigerator leaks like crazy to the point my vegetable bins are filled with water. The side bins are cracked from closing the refrigerator door. This refrigerator has been a nightmare since Ive purchased it.

    Everything tips over with the rack shelves

    Good fridge but whoever decided to make the shelves like racks and not glass shelves made a bad decision everything tips over so make sure you get glass shelves or improvise.
