They said I have to call manufacturer. And same problem was last year I brought one Samsung GAS stove after one Month that stove was not working, that one was 2025 , Best Buy told me that to call Samsung I called them they did not replace. I never buy anything from Best Buy in the future.

Good unit but a little banged up

However, since we use it in the garage, that damage is not of concern. It does lack handles, and we have not been able to locate any online. We can use the item but without the handles. It works well and does what we want it to do. The price for the item took into account the damage and missing parts, and we believe we got an excellent deal.

Perfect spare fridge
