The only minor negative would be the screws used to attach the door hinges. I would highly recommend using a hex nut driver to loosen or tighten (in the case where you need to remove the doors to get in tighter doorways), as the philips head strips out quite quickly. Other than that, the unit works well.

Didn’t beat around the bush about explaining the sale, payments, and delivery procedure. The 2 delivery guys came on time and removed my old refrigerator and set up the new one in far less time than I would have imagined. They did an awesome job all the way around. I have bought several other things from Best Biy and I’ve been happy with all my experiences. They have a great team.

However, when it was installed, one of the hole plugs was missing. The installers took a picture and turned it in. A week later, I got the handle screws - not the hole plugs. After spending almost 2 hours on the phone with 8 different people, it was determined that they couldn't come up with the part number to order just the hole plug. Very frustrating. So, the answer was to exchange the whole refrigerator. Not going to do that since it's a garage frig.
