The existing fridge in the house was too small for all of our food and juices but our medications also. This is the reason for my purchase and it’s worked out well and the guys are happy especially Bill because he can keep his beer colder.

7 months in and it still functions.

Shelf breakage

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Refrigerator/Freezer is very good, so far, with one exception…the glass shelf in the freezer shattered into a zillion pieces after a week of operation. I tried to get the shelf replaced at the Best Buy store but was not successful. The only option the had was a return of the entire unit. Because of the difficulty of that we did not wish to do that. I just want a replacement shelf. Don’t know if there was too much weight on the shelf but that would be a design flaw if that is true. There was nothing in the Manuel or a placard in the freezer section to appropriately warn. It appears to me the shelf needs a center brace. Dangerous!

I run apartments and have the problem with things breaking. But this refrigerator is built tough inside and out and looks great on top of it. I think it will outlast the competitors no problem. I was skeptical because of the brand but glad i took the chance. Thanks.

It Does What It Should

It is a very basic model which is perfect for my use. The only frill is the optional ice maker which I chose not to get, obviously. It is very spacious inside and the glass shelves look nice, a definite upgrade over coated wire ones. The freezer compartment works as it should too.

Has the ability to add an ice maker if I decide. Perfect for a family 4 or less. Its like an open canvas which allows you at add your own dividers and anything you want to make it your own
