Fan stopped working 63 days after purchase

On November 29, 2024, the freezer stopped working. Hence, I had to call Best Buy to come out and troubleshoot to find out that the fan had stopped working (thank god it’s not the middle of summer)They ordered the part but I will be without a freezer for around two weeks if this was my only freezer then I would be even more unhappy. There is a 15-day return policy at Best Buy unless you are a member and if you are a member. It’s a 60-day return policy this being a few days past the 60 days I am stuck with this lemon refrigerator that will hopefully last longer than a year. I have no confidence in this product or this company. I guess you get what you pay for! I paid over $500 for this subpar product.

THE FIRST ONE I BOUGHT WAS THE WRONG SIZE, WHEN THEY CAME TO DELIVER IT, IT DID NOT FIT. WE HAD TO SEND IT BACK. I WENT BACK TO BEST BUY TO GET ANOTHER ONE THAT WOULD FIT. BEST BUY WAS SO HELPFUL. DELIVERY WAS PERFECT. THEY REFUNDED MY PAYMENT FOR THE FIRST ONE RIGHT AWAY, AND I HAD ONE THAT FIT TO MY TENANTS THE VERY NEXT DAY. I AM A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER.
