Refrigerator Purchase

My disappointment is that when the refrigerator was delivered there were no handles on the doors and the doors did not open in the direction that I had requested at the time of purchase. I had to make numerous calls and ended up having to go back again to the store to rectify the situation. In addition to not being able to truly use my new refrigerator for two more weeks, I was charged an additional fee to have the doors switched at my office because it wasn’t done before delivery. Very disappointed in the service at Best Buy.
