Bottom shelf of door is pretty useless unless you are a dwarf

Repair man said it wan not put on right. Had packed the freezer one day and the next day the ice tray water was not fully frozen and my meat products were still soft so I put it back in my old fridge.

The only problem I had was the shipping packaging leaves a lot to be desired. It took three tries to get an undamaged one delivered. But Best Buy and the delivery drivers were great. It only took a few days longer. I would definitely purchase it again.
