My issue is with the delivery policy. Not knowing the four hour window of time for delivery until the night before does not work for me. Cannot make arrangements to pick up children or any type of appointments in advance. I will not purchase from Best Buy because of this problem until things change.

I'm so glad I found this because I'm super happy with it. Sure, it's plain and simple--but that's what I love about it! My mom and brother both bought fancy ones within the last year and boy do they regret it! So many little issues. I'm thrilled with this plain Jane fridge because she's RELIABLE. Highly recommend!
