They came out to look at it and said that its due to the sensor that takes the outside air into consideration causing it to warm up.

For People Who Want a Regular Refrigerator

You get two drawers for veggies and fruit. It comes with one icetray. The shelves are hard white plastic you don't need to remove for cleaning (unlike the clear plastic shelve}
