Also, doors do not close properly. Please send someone out to adjust them to work properly.

Pretty disappointing

The way the handle bolt hole plugs keep falling out is not reassuring. The fact that, has of this writing, those bold hole plugs are not replaceable is also mind boggling. If I had it to do over I do not think I would buy this unit, or maybe not anything by Insignia until Best Buy figures out whether this is really their brand or not, rather than referring buyers with problems to other parties. Best Buy, if this is your brand own it fully in the support process. Here's how: one number. One. You dial that number, you get what you need. Simple. You don't tell customers that they have to go to a website or another number to get a part.

We exchanged the unit for a different refrigerator make and model after a week Best Buy was great about the exchange
