I'm assuming it was a return item be certain to go into the store I made the purchase online and scheduled delivery.

It had just one little damage in the freezer door and I fixed it right away and I have a brand new refrigerator for 300 bucks that’s good and made me happy.

Breaks in year 3. Avoid

Then I noticed some of the things in the freezer were not fully frozen. Using a Lazer thermometer the temperature was around 10 degrees instead of 0 degrees. I stopped using the freezer because of this and started only using the refrigerator. Now a few months later the refrigerator is only cooling to about 47 degrees. I will have to replace the refrigerator now unfortunately. It was great for 2 years but having to replace it after 3 years is not acceptable. Avoid this model if possible.

Only thing I think is freezer temperature is not going below 43F. I have kept temp setting on “coolest”. I have a thermometer in the freezer now and will keep an eye on it for few days. If things don’t change then will have to call BestBuy.

Ice maker doesn’t come with unit BUT the photos do show it does! If this was the case I wouldn’t have ever paid for the “ geek squad ” to come “ install unit ”
