Poor refrigerator

I spoke with customer service they said they would replace my refrigerator in give me $150 for good will and me losing my food because the one they delivered didn't work. And customer service lied about giving me $150 for good will. When called customer service they played dumb like they didn't know what I was talking about about. After that brought me my second refrigerator it was making noise as well. So now I'm on my third refrigerator with them. I would rate this bad refrigerator and bad customer service.

Great quality fridge for the money

Which resulted to me losing a lot of food for waiting for the turn around time for a new refrigerator !!!!

Im certain I will get one eventually, but has been a huge pain fir all the deliveries abd box not damaged but opening box the product is damaged. This makes me wonder if there is a systemic process flaw somewhere between manufacturing and wholesale. BestBuy has heeb reasonable through this process.

Can't Even Serve as a Secondary Rerigerator

I was able to get a complete replacement due to the part being backordered and within the first two weeks of having the new unit, the freezer started behaving the exact same way, causing a majority of the items in the freezer to thaw and go bad. Even though this unit was purchased as secondary refrigerator for our garage, it's awful. Stay away.
