I love my new fridge. It has lots of room. The freezer is huge. The price was right. I just couldn't believe it when we got it home and actually saw the size and the decent price we paid. Cant believe we found such a great deal. I highly recommend this fridge.

It's a nice fridge, runs very quietly, I can not hear it at all. Temperature is consistent. Nice clean look, a good value at the price.

This Fridge was a life-saver at our office. We replaced a smaller fridge that was apartment sized with this one. It keeps the drinks and food cold and the freezer on top allows everyone to bring in frozen lunches and cuts down on cost.

Spacious fridge , does the job keeping things cold . Freezer doesnt not come with a light .

Bought this fridge in 2020 as a garage refrigerator. Its held our surplus and prepared food, drinks, and produce. Its a champ. Has gone through two moves and held wonderfully. Always cold. Compressor makes a little noise but I dont mind its in the garage. Best $500 ive ever spent!

1. Easy to assemble handles and to start it 2. There were no issues due to power down for a few hours - it continued working just fine 3. The light inside is good; it helps to see everything 4. The temperature is consistent, all products are refrigerated well withoiut freezing 5. Freezer makes ice pretty fast; other items are frozen good 6. Doars are easy to open and close, and there is enough space to put somethng in the door 7. There are no spots seen after touching the door with fingers 8. It is quiet, no noise produced when changing the mode in the cycle 9. Using this refrigerator in the garage. It was easy to find place, and even when it is really hot, refrigerating and freezing are not affected, working just fine 10. The price was good, cheaper than many other models, so it's affordable

- Inexpensive - Cools and freezes acceptably (40 F and –7 F respectively at 80 F ambient). - There did not seem to be a difference between the "Recommended" and "Coldest" settings. (Only one experiment conducted.) - Runs quietly except for the occasional coolant whining during significant temperature transitions. - Doors seal tightly - Handles!

The drawers are easy to remove. Perfect size for what I need.

Great exactly what I needed. Fits perfectly on my back porch gives me the extra fridge and freezer space I need.

Good Refrigerator, however the design is not great for seniors. You have to bend over all the time to look and obtain items from the refrigerator. Both my husband and I hit our head on the handle from the top freezer when looking in bottom of fridge. I guess that may be why Side by Side are so much more in cost. The temperature is great, keeps food very cold and the freezer is just the right size for a few people to store food. Someday they may make an economical side by side. Or they should have placed the freezer on the bottom. It is a good purchase for the money, just watch you head when grabbing a snack.

I purchased a refrigerator 08/26/24 and this was to be delivered 08/28/24. I get a texton delivery date 08/28/24 that I need to reschedule? So I rescheduled and delivery was to be delivered 08/30/24. I called customer service and they said appliances was on back order? They promised 08/31/24. No delivery? This is a rental and family have had to go out to eat and its exspenvive hundreds of dollars. I text customer support 08/31/24 wondering why refrigerator was not delivered from Malaysia and they told me to call Customer service the next day after texting for an hour a waste of time. So I called the next day September 1, 2024. The customer service representative was extremely rude and told me they had back order. I explained that I was promised three times for delivery. she said that Friday the sixth was the soonest delivery. I told her that wasn’t good enough that I was being lied to for almost a week not any accurate information or any phone call from Customer service tell me what was going on. She transferred me to the resolution team and they were not in the office until Tuesday the third .  the worst experience of my life. I ordered refrigerator from Home Depot that day online and it was delivered the next day. I will be taking Best Buy to small claims court for their lack of integrity and the money that was spent on going out upon believing what they said about delivery dates . I was promised four days in a row it would be delivered and it never was in the Customer service, which is full of excuses. 

The fridge is exactly what we needed. The delivery guys did a great job. Very happy

The Insignia refrigerator i bought for my condo is the perfect size and works great. Keeps everything nice aand cold. Just moved into a condo and was needing a refrigerator. Went on a Sunday to buy one and had it delivered by that following Tuesday. The sales person at bestbuy was patient and knowledgeable. The delivery was flawless. Definitely will be purchasing any and all large appliances at BestBuy.
