I went into Best Buy and spoke to a Team Member to find a fridge that I could use as a secondary fridge in the garage. This fridge was recommended as a great option and obviously the price point was attractive. I moved forward and had it delivered and setup by Best Buy a few days later. Fast forward a couple months, I went out one day to get some frozen chicken and found everything in the freezer had defrosted. There was a couple hundred dollars worth of frozen food that had to be thrown away. I chocked this up to maybe an electrical issue. A month later I went out again and found the same thing. I reached out and had a fantastic Geek Squad agent come out. He asked where the fridge was and I took him to the garage and he immediately said that was the issue. He explained that the way this fridge creates the cold temperature makes it a terrible choice for garage use due to fluctuating outdoor temperatures. He stated that it SHOULD NOT have been recommended AND that the delivery team should have mentioned something when they installed it. I reached out to Best Buy support for assistance and got nowhere due to being outside the 60 day return policy. Bottom line, if you're looking for a fridge for indoor use this works as it should. If you're looking for a garage fridge STAY AWAY!

Do not recommend if you are looking for a long term fridge. It will go out right after warranty. Mine lasted 3 months after warranty.

The loud sounds coming out of the freezer sounds like a cow is mooing!!!!!!!! I should not have to go through this now 4 times!!! I am requesting full refund and never again!!! This is poor quality and need check production it’s pathetic!
