    nice and everything works but i paid full price i expect no dents on the side or anything. got this from best buy not scratch and dent shop

    I do not feel like writing a review. Except I can say you get what you pay for, and this junk is cheap. My money went down the drain on this garbage.

    Bought thid fridge a few weeks ago and the freezer alreasy is broken. Food is spoiled in the freezer and they won’t let me return it. Besy Buy has the worst return policy I may have ever seen. Done buying from here, always a hassle. Better places to buy appliances around. 0/10

    The size is exactly what I needed but it’s constantly making a loud humming sound. I read it in a couple of reviews but didn’t think it would be this bad

    Damaged and installation was bad

    The refrigerator was damaged when it arrived.The installer didn't have any basic knowledge on how to install the ice maker and replace the door handle.The installer who came the first time blamed the problem on my water valve and told me to go find a plumber and order a new refrigerator.I am very unhappy because this person has no ability to install and is trying to cause me more trouble.Fortunately, the other person who finally came to quickly solved the problem.

    Delivery postponed, Delivered damaged, 5 weeks for replacement, loss of entire Thanksgiving meal food and other food. Never buying from brestbuy again.

    Very disappointed with how i was treated.. I bought the fridge and the assembly package i was told that included reversing the door. So day of delivery i get a call from installer and he tells me i didnt pay for him to reverse doors. So now im confused and i call best buy and i explain to the manager what happened and he tells me it doesnt matter what you were told u didnt pay $70 to reverse the doors . Even thou i was told by three different people i was alset it didnt matter and all i received was a $50 gift card but then i had to pay the $70 to still reverse the doors

    I purchased this refrigerator 3 months ago and the freezer stopped working all of a sudden. All of my frozen food went bad and I had to throw it out.

    Didn’t put on the handles didn’t even plug it up and dented the back end they didn’t even make sure it was level. They saw it was rocking when they left it.

    Keeps food cold. However freezer doesn’t go lower than 10F so be aware.

    the top right hole is too large for the hole cap. the cap just falls out. what can be done? wld hate to return the fridge just because of this issue.

    The delivery people left this damaged and non cooling refrigerator for the replacement delivery people to remove. The frame in the back of the refrigerator was crushed so bad that it could not be leveled.

    doesn't get ars cold as it should. service man to check it out only had 2 weeks. wasn't cold the first day gave it a week to play with setting and see what happens. No change called for service man

    the first one the freezer did not get cold, they switch it out with another one and that one was the same. no good
