Delivery was awful

Along with they dropped it in my garage and didn’t take any plastic off or out door handles on or even plug in to make sure it worked

Problem with doors on freezer and fridge

Freezer doesn’t keep food cold

For example, I cream is melted, frozen breakfast sausages are soft enough to squeeze, yet in my KitchenAid freezer they are hard as rocks. Disappointed is an understatement. I thought originally it was because it was warmed when we first got it, however with the freezing winter, it is still like that.

Doesn't get cold

I have had it set on the coldest setting, pulled back from the wall, with 2x fully calibrated digital thermometers that have wifi data tracking, and it has not dipped below 40 degrees once. Brand new and worthless as a beverage fridge. I wouldnt dare put food in here of fear of it bumping up 5-10 degrees from opening it and using it in a normal setting.

Fridge doesn't keep cool

It seems to go back to this no matter what setting its at and now we're can't turn it cooler. It's half empty too because we can't trust it to maintain a cool temperature. I should've just gone on offer up or something.

Suddenly stopped working

It started making loud noises and loud clicking sounds and is no longer freezing. Of course Best Buy and Insignia are not able to assist unless I pay to have someone come and diagnose the issue. I have never owned a fridge that lasted 1 year and 3 months.

Cheap price, quarter life

Warm freezer

We bought this for an extra refrigerator Freezer for our garage. This winter second winter we had all of the meat thaw inside. Poor quality and will not purchase this brand again.

This product appropriate ambinet temp is from 55-110F. if the ambinet temp below than 32F, the product cannot work properly.
