    I never got to see this refrigerator. Best Buy had THREE failed attempts at delivery. First try, the fridge was damaged. Second try, I waited for four hours only to be told that there was a mix-up and the refrigerator never left the warehouse. Today, they sent the driver to haul the old fridge but forgot to send the new one! Forget about how good or bad the product may be if you don't even get to have it delivered.

    The fridge gets cold-ish... I have both the fridge and freezer to the maximum cold but both compartments are just barely in the safe range. The Freezer fluctuates wildly to the point the ice in the tray is slightly damp to the touch. Over time the ice freezes into one solid block.

    Condenser broke

    The buying and delivery experience was excellent but the fridge broke within 4 months. I lost 200$ of food due to spoilage. Thankfully insignia is sticking to their 1 year manufacturer's warranty and replacing it. Credit where credit is due.

    Temperature in fridge doesn't get any colder than 48 on its highest cold setting. Just absolute garbage.

    I bought this product 2 months ago, the refrigerator zone (below), it freezes the stuff., and the fan at the top freezer it is noisy.

    This item was never delivered and this was the absolute worst experience from a retailer ever. I still haven’t even been refunded my money. One of my coworkers went to another store purchased a fridge and it was delivered in 3 days.

    Not happy with Best Buy

    The refrigerator was damaged when delivered and now it is taking until December 18th to get a replacement. You can see we have been dealing with this since November. I would not recommend Best Buy at all.

    Don't buy an Insignia. The warranty ends after a year and as soon as it does, so does the operation of the frig. Spend an extra $200 or $300 on the front end and get a better quality. Sure I saved money on the front end but now I have to spend $200 for repairs.

    Not great if your garage drops below 50 degrees. It will shut off below 50. Not great for that use. If you keep it inside your home I’m sure it would be good.
