Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this refrigerator about 2.5 years ago, it was for me, my daughter, my son, and husband all to use for are food, about 1 year in it started going thru long defrosts like 2 days long, some days it would go so long to the point i had to buy a deep freezer for my food.. this is a horrible refrifgertor u def would not recommend to anyone who needs a good cheap refrigerator. And now it is also naking a horrible loud knocking noise to the point where you could here it in ny back hallway/basement

Nobody will get back to you, and they will never have any appointments available to pick your old fridge up, so eventually you have to just get rid of it unless you want two big fridges running in your house. Awful - false advertisement should be suable for putting this up on their website as an official "rebate"

But there are always missing parts. I bought a fridge and waited about 2 weeks for the parts to arrive. Then it took another 2 weeks to find best buy to install. It took about 5weeks before and after. I have been waiting.
