I purchased on 3/5/26 and scheduled installation for 3/11/26. It did Not arrive with my refrigerator. I spoke to Myrea Scott who advised me that it was definitely still scheduled but with another Co. My range did Not come nor did Myrea Scott return my calls or VM msgs. I spoke to Jason in customer svc who rescheduled me for 3/17. I advised him that the BEST BUY APP hadn't updated, but he spoke with his supervisor and promised 3/17 was scheduled in his system. Noone came. I was RESCHEDULED for 3/31, of course, Noone Came Again!!! That is 3 WASTED Days, Thus Far!!! Is this truly the reputation you want to keep? Pitiful Business practice.
