It came quickly and was a nice unit. It took a bit to connect up the exhaust hose because it is too short for most applications. Youtube shows a few different ways to adapt a 6 inch tube to a 4 inch dryer tube. I used a plumbing reducer I found at Menards and it did the trick.

Did they job when my central air wwnt out in my house.

Everything besides the delivery is good. The delivery was made not to my door, but they left it on the first floor in the lobby of the building. I supposed to bring it to the 6th floor together with my 4 kids, because it's too heavy.

It’s ok. Got it because I live in Phoenix & my a/c was out. Had to wait a week for it to be repaired and highs were in the mid-90’s. Was able to cool off my great room (living & dining) enough to keep around 80°. Only downside is that the vent hose is a bit short & rigid, so it pulled/pushed on the tall picture window very awkwardly. Couldn’t use it in bedrooms or kitchen because the vent hose wouldn’t reach high enough on my mid-century house’s windows. Not sure it could cool enough with our summers, but would definitely be better than just roasting in the heat.

Amazing ac love it & doesn’t suck up a lot of power able to use my two pcs & monitors & tv with out my power circuit going offf

Worked well for the first 2 years, on the 3rd year, it stopped working. Of course the warranty was only good for 1 year.

I purchased this because I needed something energy efficient and something to keep my anti-rejection meds coo. Well the first 2 nights when it was only 70 degrees outside, this thing worked quite well. Then every night after that, It couldn't combat any temperature passed like 75. I even sectioned off my livingroom where I have the AC Unit and I was still sitting on my couch sweating. If it wasn't for my meds, I would probably keep the item to try it out more, but as of right now, will probably have to put in the super old window unit which cools super well.

Have owned for 2 months. Does its job and cools a room, however for the amount of money I paid for this oversized hunk of junk I'd at least expect it to not make a LOUD buzzing noise whenever the compressor kicks on. For about 1 month when the compressor kicked on it sounded no louder than a fridge but for the last month 9/10 times when the compressor kicks on a LOUD buzzing occurs & I'm forced to turn off the system.

My house has a old size windows and this product helps to keep the house cool.

Works fine as an AC, but generates a ton water that has to be delt with. You can connect a drain, but this needs to be pretty low.

Works good but shuts on and off a lot, even though it doesn’t have timer on.

Builds black mould easily. I bought 3 and all 3 built mould!

Beautiful unit so easy to hook up and the coldness is so far so good, but only time will tell the 4 stars are because haven’t had it long enough to see it efficiency long term

I bought this unit at full price because of the reviews and the they dropped by $70. I called the, and they refunded me the difference. Gotta love BB.

I purchased this for a temporary use for our camper while i replace the air unit and it works great! It also cools down my 14x40 storage unit pretty well too.
