Bought this so that my husband could work upstairs in his temporary home office. The windows are old style in that room and slide open. Bought this and it kept him cool in the room all day

Easy to install, little noisy and be good for smaller room than 2500sq ft.

This works great for a small room and I have had no issues with it since I purchased it almost a year ago. I will be purchasing another for my living room this summer.

Excellent portable AC unit. It is being used in a small bedroom where external window air conditioners are not allowed. It is quiet and efficiently cools the room.

You need to have realistic expectations when using a portable air conditioner, but I still had to return my unit. Yes, they can be loud.. think of a box fan on high. But the compressor is the reason why I returned mine. It was way too loud.. you could hear it on the opposite side of the house. Just a loud buzzing/vibrating noise whenever it was cooling. I opened the bottom filter area and all the screws were tight, so I do not believe something was loose. I tried to deal with the noise, but could hear it over noise cancelling headphones that were playing music. TLDR: Compressor was loud. Not sure if defect or present on all units. Other reviews seem to have similar problem. Returned and bought an LG portable a/c. No more loud compressor.

I am absolutely obsessed with this lil guy. It's less noisy than a traditional window unit and I love love love the swing function. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Have two and the remotes get mixed and have to be reset

runs great and is much better than I expected. This is my first portable ac so I have nothing to compare it to but it gets the job done.

Well my daughter have a new baby girl in the house and she have old house windows so I need to help her with a port air conditioner

I like the portable air conditioner except that it didn't come with enough window slides to properly put in a sliding door frame. Had to use cardboard.

Great ventilation, not so large and bulky last but not least perfect for medium sized room.

This was a purchase for the summer time to cool down a room. It did it’s job ok

I bought this for my husband to use in his shed, but our air went out and we used it in our master bedroom for a week and 1/2 until we could get our unit replaced and it worked so well!

Worked great for a year, which is when the manufacturer's warranty ended. Not sure if the warranty should be related to the life of the product, but I would invest in another product. I have paid less for other window air conditioners that have lasted longer. This was disappointing as I thought the price would be reflective of the quality.

Unfortunately, as good a deal as it was, I had to return it since the person I bought it for got another one as a gift. The service provided by Best Buy personnel was excellent.

It does the job. I wish it was a little more powerful but you can't expect a lot from the portable ACs
