It does the job, just not the way you want it to.

It has casters to easily roll along the floor to better aim at yourself. Cons: The remote control and the "follow me" function doesn't work for squat. The idea being that it'll use the temperature reading based on where the remote is in the room, rather than the sensor on the unit.

E3 error on in less than a month

Nice cold air and yes, reaches upto 300sq ft but less than a month in, we received a E3 error. Thankfully, it was still under the one year warranty so we called the number, took it to Best Buy but Best Buy couldn’t fix it, so I got my refund back. It did it’s job for a few weeks, but that was it.
