Air conditioner works great, however drainage hose came lose and some water leaked out on the carpet but overall it was a good buy

It cools the air in my bedroom! Noose isn’t too loud either.

Very effective in small spaces. Works geeat for what we needed!

Pros: It works, it cools you off, and it comes with the parts to connect the exhaust to your horizontal sliding window. It has casters to easily roll along the floor to better aim at yourself. Cons: The remote control and the "follow me" function doesn't work for squat. The idea being that it'll use the temperature reading based on where the remote is in the room, rather than the sensor on the unit.

Works great! Had a window unit but did not keep our room cool.

When it gets to be about 95 degrees in the room it over heats and blows hot air while making some unusual noises and rattling vibrations. Also it was supposed to be new not pre-used. In the manual it says (drainage) tube not included but yet there was a tube crammed in with it from the previous owner I would assume. To return it I had to bring it back my self but if I could do that I would have picked it up myself at the start. So in conclusion if its 100 degrees outside it is a big noisy brick.

It worked, but didn't cool off the room, not even at night. It was sold to me as a returned item; the top of the box was duck-taped closed. I am unsure if that had anything to do with it, but it blew cold air.

Surprisingly powerful for the size and price. Not overly noisy. Seems well made.

It was a great A/C. Nice cold air and yes, reaches upto 300sq ft but less than a month in, we received a E3 error. Thankfully, it was still under the one year warranty so we called the number, took it to Best Buy but Best Buy couldn’t fix it, so I got my refund back. It did it’s job for a few weeks, but that was it.

One of the best purchases I’ve made. Very satisfied
