    When it gets to be about 95 degrees in the room it over heats and blows hot air while making some unusual noises and rattling vibrations. Also it was supposed to be new not pre-used. In the manual it says (drainage) tube not included but yet there was a tube crammed in with it from the previous owner I would assume. To return it I had to bring it back my self but if I could do that I would have picked it up myself at the start. So in conclusion if its 100 degrees outside it is a big noisy brick.

    It worked, but didn't cool off the room, not even at night. It was sold to me as a returned item; the top of the box was duck-taped closed. I am unsure if that had anything to do with it, but it blew cold air.

    Good product. Easy to install. It has a water drain so it’s super easy to drain when it’s full. It also lest you know when it’s full.

    The vent must sit in a window seal people. had mine for 4year still kicking i hope for more years to come. this one even has a timer.
