After attempting to contact customer service multiple times i was unable to get in touch with anyone. Go literally anywhere else

Unfortunately, my experience with this unit is not the same. The installation kit is very flimsy, remote gontrol not very responsive and gets stuck on buttons. It’s very loud and don’t cool down even for a much smaller room than what it a design for.
