Great works amazing !keeps me super cold during summer!

the second level of my house just isnt cooling well this summer so I purchased this for my bedroom, it worked well for 3 days I would turn it on for at night so I could sleep better. I came home tonight and my bedroom is flooded, i now have a water extraction bill and i am guessing a $350 HVAC unit that i have used for 3 days that I can no longer use!!!!!

It’s a great AC. It gets the job done and It’s not too loud.

I upgraded to the 350 after trying this one first. It worked great except for the dehumidifier didnt seem to work as well for me. Maybe i just had a bad unit.

If you are close to it you can feel the coldness. My living room is maybe 200 sq ft and doesn’t cool half of it! Double think before you buy it! Have had it for 2 days and not happy with it!

I got this delivered a couple of days ago. Set it up in to the window and set it to auto 76 degrees. I only use this for bed time. Big mistake. It's very loud and it shuts off around 79 degrees. This reading comes from its own remote. It's definitely going back. Also, as per the user manual, you have to keep emptying the water out of it by taking the unit to a drain and unscrewing it? This is not a simple light unit. No thank you. It's going back.

Do not buy if you have pets. I clean the filters every monday and friday because my pets shed. It's fine, so I clean a little extra even use a toothbrush to clean that metal thing under the filter since I want to keep dirt and other things out of it and I do a good job. But, I was wondering why this thing felt weaker every few days if it was clean. I finally took a good look at it and the second filter has an inaccessible part that NEEDS to be cleaned. To access it you need to disassemble the entire thing. There is very little fur since the filter does a great job, but there was so much dust and to properly clean it this thing needs to be serviced professionally or at least by someone who knows their way around ACs more than I do. Had it been angled a completely different way it would have been perfectly fine and able to be cleaned by anyone, but this needs special tools to reach it or be disassembled entirely.

we bought this last year because of a heatwave, ended up only using it a couple of times. But this year we have used it daily....it is sooooo loud we dont want it in our bedroom, my son doesnt want it in his room, we hate having it in the living room because we cant hear the tv, or each other talk. Do not waste your money on this.

Does good for a super small room. It’s nice it comes with a hose for the water.

It's okay but it really doesn't cool the area when it's really hot outside.

As much as I wanted to like this portable ac unit, it uses way too much power and the condensation resevoir is quite small. I needed it to cool a single bedroom, but unfortunately it would blow the circuit half the time, and then all the time when it got too warm out. When it did work, I'd need to drain the resevoir every couple of hours. The pain of draining it is that the bottom drain is nearly flush with the floor, making it extremely difficult. If you elevate the whole unit, and have a hose on both the top and bottom drain to drain into something, you can continuously run it fortunately. You can set a desired temperature, dehumidify, follow me (just detects the current temperature at the remotes location, instead of on the unit), fan only, sleep, custom profiles, and a couple other things I didn't use. Unfortunately I'll be returning this as soon as I can.
