Seals that are half crushed and don't work out of the box, so I hope you like bugs... Awful exhaust vent location so you must keep it at least a foot away from any wall in your house. Can't even say if it works as I don't want to use this ugly thing. If you have sliding windows good luck. Will be returning this and probably shopping elsewhere from now on. I know this is a house brand and I drove 2 hours both ways to pick up... Waste my time and I'll stop giving you any of it.

Luckily we purchased a protection plan. Sadly the plan expired before the unit did, by three days. How did that happen? We purchased this unit in July 2020 with a 2-year protection plan. We used it for two weeks before we put in storage. We took it out of storage in early July, 2022 and ran it for exactly one week before it started failing. "Too bad," says BB Protection Plan Rep. "The system says the plan is expired and I'm so sorry, there's nothing we can do." Too bad indeed. While the features of this unit, and its price point make it sound like a good deal, the fact is, it's a cheapo unit and it's not worth the money. A longstanding BB customer could not get satisfaction from the company for one of their "in-house" brand products. Sad.

This was in over 100 degree heat. I thought this would be the best option but it was not. It was not able to keep my trailer cool at all. So if you have a travel trailer and ur thinking this would be a good option…..it is not.

LEAKS Condensation on the floor

Been in service for a couple of weeks and is leaking condensation onto the floor. Does not collect the condensation and and allow for drainage per the operating instructions. Leaks directly from the unit during initial use and does not provide warning for collected moisture; also per the operating instructions. Really disappointed in the quality of the unit and the poor performance. Only option is to return to store for another (not likely) or a store credit. What a pain, given the effort required to setup properly.

I tried to get a replacement and was told that I need to purchase the replacement off amazon, which wasn't even the right part. When I told them that, they told me nothing they can. Now I have to spend more money to get a new machine since they wont help me with the replacement.
