    On 8/14 I ordered an Insignia air conditioner. Order# BBY01-806482646043 I was promised delivery on 8/18. Since then, I have received auto- generated delay of delivery from “on Trac Shipping” each subsequent day. After speaking with them, they admitted that they don’t know where the product is, on what truck, or when it will be delivered. I filed a claim Case ID #267890735 on 8/25 with Victor. When are you going to credit my account?

    Bought it in excellent condition - the window frame was taped together with adhesive in a way that didn't make sense. The opening of the exhaust was closed tight and the adhesive was a pain to remove. After I was done setting it up, I plugged it into a three pronged outlet and it didn't turn on. I tried it with other outlets and it still did not turn on. The product is defective. It's going to be another pain returning this since it's so heavy.

    Had a lot of issues with it, ended up returning it. Hard to keep up with the water drain, constantly have to drain it..

      If you connect the hose you will not need to drain water again and again.

      The unit provides a 600mm length hose in accessory bag for draining water. Or you can buy the universal connector and hose in market .The dimension is the drain connector(5/8" universal female mender) with 3/4" hose. you can buy the length you actual need. BBY-ExBrand_Insignia

    Loads of nice features you wouldn’t expect at this price. However the hum when the compressor ran was too loud to use in the bedroom we purchased it to cool.

    A few weeks after purchasing it,. it started throwing out warm air. It will run an hour then goes warm

    When I first purchased this A/C unit it worked great four days after it started shutting down after about 3min of running, ended up returning this unit.

    We got it hoping to help cool our room, but we followed the instructions on manual. As we plugged it in it made a explosive sound, we thought it was just a starter we left it on for hours and it would only cool for about 1 min then just blow hot air. Dont recommend

    It’s ok not the greatest. Cools off a very small room but can’t complain got it for $100 off.

    Ac stops cooling after few mins of giving cold air. It’s been a long time almost more then a year owning it but I think it’s not worth it now to have it since this AC only works for like first few mins and then its just blowing air like a fan

    Does cool down. But not to where you want it to. Meaning it was 82° today. And ran for four hrs in my kids tiny room and it maybe went down to 77°. That is not a comfortable temp to sleep in. Also even on auto this thing never shuts off. So be prepared for a huge electric bill. That alone is not worth it.

    I try to cool the cab of my tractor trailer. It cooled the small space but no where near cold. It also leaks water when moved.

    Portable AC blows air but it's not cold air

    This portable air conditioner did everything except producing cold air. We bought it to tide us over when our central air died during a heat wave. We ended up in a hotel and returned the portable unit.

    Purchased this in July 2020 but was only able to set it up in August 2020. I only put it on at night. After using it for 2 consecutive nights the A/C is already defective as it automatically shuts down after a few minutes and stays on fan mode even if it is set to cool mode

    Turn it on conected and left it in for 4 hr , you can hear the AC turn on and feel it for 2-5 min than it turns off and the fan just blows hot air
