Had it for 2 days and its wonderful. Keeps our bedroom nice and cool. Set up is fast and easy. Only thing i dont like about it is only the screen lights up on the remote. Be super nice if the buttons lit up too. Other then that, no complaints at all.

After living in my home for 5 years with no AC unit in my room, I say this portable unit is the best. Works well in small places. I keep the room door closed and it takes no more than 10 mins to cool an area down. It’s a bit loud, but I knew that from reading the earlier comments, but I don’t mind the sound. The hose can get hot at times, so I would keep anything flammable away from it. Easy install as well.

It is a little noisy but it is eorth the sound for how it cools down a room. I have it in the living room and i like that i can move it to the guest room if needed at night. Also it is easy to drain when needed and set up.

Pros: Its actually good for what it does. Cools the room pretty quickly. Multiple settings with the humidifier/dehumidifier makes it nice. Easy enough clean up for the water generated. Cons: Takes up a bit of floor space near the window running the exhaust from the window to the bottom of the unit. Also, pretty loud when running on full blast, so don’t expect to hear much unless you have the volume up.

the cooling is great, and the unit is rather small, so easy to fit in small places. i have mine under my desk (open on all ends so its still getting air flow) the problems are killing this whole things. for 1, it arrived in shatters. the window kit was completely destroyed and the pieces scratched up the unit. after buying a new one and waiting weeks for that to arrive to actually use it, the AC smelt absolutely foul. it creates a urine smell, and i have truly no idea why.

This air conditioner with remote is easy to set up and use. The reason it’s portable is because it has wheels cause it pretty heavy. The best thing is it works, blowing wonderful cool air on a hot day.

Absolutely amazing air conditioner ! This thing is an absolute lifesaver in the summer and is able to keep my room, feeling crisp and cold all day. Amazing features with a wonderful remote couldn’t have asked them more for the cost. also, extremely easy install and intuitive startup guide.

Good cooling and fairly quite for a unit that will sit in a room approx 13x14. Placid in the window is pretty easy but I had to duck tape to stay secure. Like the fact that I can take it out and install in a jiffy because it’s used in room that is only for guests staying over

This portable ac unit gave us the cold chilly boost we needed for our bedroom with smaller than standard windows. The water collector fills up slowly so no need to constantly empty it. It comes with a remote which is a nice benefit.

a little loud but all ac units are very easy to install works very well even when its 115+ out living in arizona.

Got this to provide some extra cooling during the summer and this item comes with everything you need. It is a little heavy, but comes with wheels which makes it easy to move around.

Got this AC when power was out during Hurricane Milton. I was able to power it by my generator and so happy I did. Its was worth every penny. Would give it 10 stars if i could cause it had my entire room nice and cold.

This was perfect to cool off my room at night. It’s a small 9x11 room. I’m sure it would cool a bigger room just fine too. It’s a little noisy, but not enough to keep me awake. Easy to install too.

I am someone who HATES the heat when it comes to my bedroom. Set up is pretty easy! Within an hour, the entire bedroom was nice and cool. Only drawback is that it’s pretty loud, but nothing obnoxious.

Amazing product, I don’t usually do reviews but don’t let this little thing fool you!!, gets your room cool in 10 seconds, instantly once you turn it on you already feel cool air circulating, I don’t know if it’s because the size of my room but great product overall set up is so easy and fast. Save your money with this, it’s portable you could move this all around the house with no hassle as long as there’s a window and outlet you’re all good.

I’d say it’s not ideal for anything more than a bedroom. It does get very cold though. Pretty noisy but doesn’t bother me because I like the noise in the background while I’m trying to sleep

Purchased yesterday and it cooled my bedroom down a couple of degrees within minutes. This is the 2nd portable AC I bought. The first was 5000 BTU and while it worked as a dehumifier, it never got my room cold. Summer hasn't even hit yet and I was worried it wouldn't stand up to a Louisiana August so I returned it and bought this wonderful, beautiful, COLD AC. It makes noise but not any louder than any other window unit I've had over the years. It does have a weird (annoying) sound that I was worried would keep me awake but it soon faded into the background. My bedroom is noticeably hotter than the rest of my condo and I'm a hot sleeper so this will make summer so much better.

This ac unit works wonderfully! Easy to drain and move on wheels. It is a little on the heavier side but once it’s unloaded it’s gravy.

We liked this so much we went back and bought another. We love the fact that you do not have to take the window screen off and when it is cooler out you can just open the window. Was very easy to set up and keeps the room nice and cool
