Absolutely amazing air conditioner ! This thing is an absolute lifesaver in the summer and is able to keep my room, feeling crisp and cold all day. Amazing features with a wonderful remote couldn’t have asked them more for the cost. also, extremely easy install and intuitive startup guide.

This ac unit works wonderfully! Easy to drain and move on wheels. It is a little on the heavier side but once it’s unloaded it’s gravy.

Got this AC when power was out during Hurricane Milton. I was able to power it by my generator and so happy I did. Its was worth every penny. Would give it 10 stars if i could cause it had my entire room nice and cold.

Bought this product because it was the cheapest in stock for pickup and I was honestly scared to try it just because there were no reviews on the product. Best choice I ever made! It immediately started cooling the room, 369sqft, and within an hour I had to turn it to 73 degrees because it got chilly at 69 degrees. I highly recommend this if you need to cool down a small space or studio apartment. The Only problem I’m having is learning how to set the controls to my needs, but working the basic functions is no problem.

This a/c unit is fabulous ! It was easy to install in a standard window and it cools the bedroom quickly. The remote works perfectly, also. Absolutely 5 stars all the way !

Got this to provide some extra cooling during the summer and this item comes with everything you need. It is a little heavy, but comes with wheels which makes it easy to move around.

I have a southwest facing room that gets sun all day. For the past few summers I would just sweat and have fans going 24/7. We installed this and for the first time in years, I can sit and stream during the day without my compter over heating and shutting down. Sleeping better at night and had to turn the heater back on for my turtle tank. I wonder if CA will ever mandate AC in homes and cars like Vegas does? So easy to use and the temote helps when I get up on my bed and have forgotten to turn it off since its quiter than my fans.

Fills up pretty fast but overall easy to use and portable. Cools and oscillates for a small apt does what it needs to. Bought for my Mother, Downside was pretty heavy moving by myself up two flights of stairs( should of had delivered) and frequency of water dump…. Put a pan underneath to cover yourself

I bought 2 of these portable A/C during Best Buy Deal of the day sale. It was shipped and arrived on the promised date with one box fine but the other box was looking damaged. Luckily the product was fine and everything was new. Installation was simple and took no more than 15 minutes to assembly and hook to a window. The product helps cool my living room and bedroom really well after about 15-20 minutes of being turned on. Set your desired temperature, set it to auto mode, and it will keep your room cool. So far so good with no issues, really happy with the purchase!

I got a pretty small room so it cools pretty good. Kinda wish the clear hose was a bit longer.

This is the perfect size to keep us cool in our medium sized apartment through the hot summer days. Quiet, easily portable, quick to cool.

Excellent air conditioner. I have been using it for almost one month and it works perfectly!! It's very cold. It works great in my studio apartment. I have not needed to drain the water like in my previous air conditioner that was also a portable one which I had to drain the water almost every week. This AC looks great and its smaller but still gets cold my apartment. I highly recommend it.

bought this on sale for my son's room. he runs his home office in there and his room was always too warm compared to the rest of our home it is now the coldest room in our home thanks to this is to install and operate ac. haven't seen the electric bill yet that is why 4 not 5 stars will update once we know if it cost efficient for us. because now i don't have to freeze the whole home just to get my sons room comfortable- even with all the vents closed.

Si far si good. I’m really happy with this purchase. It gets the job done and it was fairly easy to set up. You do have to either drain the AC or have its little hose hook to a container and empty it every 3-6 hours, it really depends on the day. I would definitely recommend it, it gets our kitchen and living-room area cool, it does not cover our bedroom. We’re in a 850 SQFT 1 Bed 1 Bath Apartment.

Cools down entire room so fast! I love it! It’s super easy to use. It is a little loud but I don’t mind it at all. You get used to it when you don’t have to deal with being hot anymore!

Not gonna lie. This thing did its job very well (during another record-breaking summer) for my very large living room and library cove next to it, and the hallway that leads down to the bedrooms, albiet a fan at the start of hallway to help circulate thru. We'll see how long this device last. Always a bit nervous with new age devices that typically are made with cheaper, less durable parts.

I purchased this for my attic bedroom. It works very well, and it’s not as loud as some of the other reviews make it out to be. When it’s high 90s out, it doesn’t work as well, but I believe it’s because my room is in the attic so I don’t fault it for that. I have noticed that I do have to empty it fairly frequently, and even when I connect the hose, it always seems to drench my floor. I have resorted to carrying it into my bathroom and draining it there (it’s not a light piece of equipment...) so that’s a huge pain but over it beats sweating to death!

It cools my room down in less then 2 hours! Its not too loud and it has a remote! A 20min setup time and its super user friendly!

We liked this so much we went back and bought another. We love the fact that you do not have to take the window screen off and when it is cooler out you can just open the window. Was very easy to set up and keeps the room nice and cool
