Great price and long lasting perfect size for a bedroom!

Unit works great keep us cool on hot days and are service at best buy was also amazing great costumer service

We were in the beginning of a hot summer, and our whole house AC went out. Oh my goodness, was this Insignia portable AC needed. It kept us cool when we needed it. Easy to set up, and an affordable price.

love this, put it in my daughter's room because she has to be super cool, works perfectly, and did not increase electric usage Love the settings, so it's not just continuous running

it cooled our 15 by 35 room no problem it does require a big container for the evaporator water the set up was simple and it started working right away

I have been using for a bit over a month and so far I really like it. It came with more then enough foam for my window. Installation was easy enough and I haven’t had to empty the water trap yet. It gets my double wide to a comfortable level in NY heat. The remote works kinda odd but once u get used to it you will like it!

I love this machine. I got it for an upstairs area that gets super hot in the summer. This is a perfect solution for what I need. It looks clean and portable with it's wheels. The vent is about to change size and the AC comes with multiple fittings to fit to your window. One of the better buys I have made for home comfort. Highly recommended.

Easy to set up, and it’s very quiet when running. This is the second one we have of the insignia brand and the other one is going on 3 years of use now

My AC went out recently on one of the hottest weekends this summer. I went directly to my Best Buy website and decided to purchase an Insignia Portable AC unit, and I was pleased to see that it was available at my local Best Buy. I made a curbside pickup the following morning, and had it home and set-up within the hour. One of the best purchases I've made this summer. The Insignia Portable AC unit is Beautiful, and works flawlessly. Thanks for keeping me Cool Best Buy.

Good AC, just as described, it can be loud but you get used to it. Doesn’t really cover advertised area but works perfectly in a small room. Easy to install. You can put it in any room with a window.

Got this recommended as my outside AC unit was not cooling house down properly. With an outside temperature reaching 110, room would be at 85 some nights, making it impossible to fall asleep comfortably. Setup was easy, and there’s still parts left if I ever move it to another room/house. The unit itself gets loud if you want it to be effective but it did get my room down 10 degrees in about 20 minutes. Highly recommend!

This is the second Insignia portable air conditioner that I have purchased. I live in Florida, so with the heat and the possibility of a hurricane, I can not do without a little extra cool. It works great, even with a generator.

A/C works as intended and provides excellent cooling but it is loud. We are using this for additional cooling in our bedroom and it takes a few nights to get used to the noise. Also be aware there is no easy way to drain the water that is collected during operation. The drain sits very low and it's difficult to get a pan under it to release the water.

I live in a 3rd story apartment of an old house and it gets very warm. I move this thing with me from room to room and it does a great job of cooling the room I am in. I use a small fan to get the air flowing even better. The only downside is it is a little loud, but that can be expected. Assembly was quick and I had this up and running 10 min from when I opened the box.

Easy to set up. Can the air hose be positioned at the of the unit? A little loud, but liveable.

I must admit, this isn’t the most powerful portable AC Unit, but it does use a lot of power. When I first brought this home I plugged it into my living room(along w/my bedroom window AC Unit turned on) & left my apartment to run a quick errand. Expecting it to be nice & chilled when I got home, I was surprised to find that both AC Units somehow triggered my circuit breaker & shut off after I’d left. Frustrated but determined, I ran an extension cord from my kitchen to the livingroom & have had zero problems since. The little Portable AC doesn’t quite cool everything by itself but working in unison w/my window AC Unit, it gets my little 2 bedroom apartment quite comfortable for my 3yr old & I. If you need just a little extra oomph to get you & your small space through the heatwaves of 2021, then look no further than this bad boy!

Runs quiet and keeps out bedroom cold all night, remote is convenient.

Product works great in my living room. Cools most of my house and was a quick self install. Customer service in the store when picking it up was great. Quick and efficient and the staff was more than helpful and courteous.
