I havent had any bad experiences. Cools up the room very quickly and easy to move around from room to room.

Bought this when our AC went out upstairs. The unit was easy to install and it runs well. You do need to drain it to make sure that it doesn't overflow. Overall I would purchase this unit again.

This is a Great Unit and I saved a Little money buying open box. The Remote is a Must for my use - since I'm using the unit in a Garage which is about 400 sq feet. I do a lot of Hobby Work in my Garage and this keeps it just Right for the simmer Heat, it only takes about an hour to drop the Temp about 4 degrees (84 to 80) which works for me.

Bought this item during an unbearable heat wave in the Bay Area. This is being used in a small apartment that is directly connected with the kitchen so it tends to get pretty warm inside. This worked well and kept the living room cool especially when people cook. Takes less than 10 minutes to install. The space takes about 30 minutes to get cool.

This unit is able to cool the entire downstairs of our house by itself, roughly 700 sqft. It helps keep our pets comfortable while we’re at work and at night we direct it towards the stairs to help cool the upstairs portion of the house. Easy too install.

I am really liking this AC! I have a converted attic bedroom and office and it's keeping up with the hot weather we have been having. A neat feature it has that I wasn't aware of when I bought it is the "follow me" button. It converts the remote to be the thermostat, so when you take the remote with you to the other side of the room it uses that as the thermostat, which is really helpful if you are trying to cool a larger room like mine which has an alcove area. Another plus is the improvement made in the way the exhaust hose is attached. I have had other AC units where you have to thread the hose onto the adapter, this AC has a plastic end already on it, so you just have to basically plug it into the unit and the window panel. It really makes it easy and more secure. The one criticism I would have is the way the window panels are attached. They have these plastic bolts that you put in to size the panels to your window. They didn't really stay in, so what I did was drill holes into the panels and secure them with screws and bolts so they were more secure.

Easy to use, well made, runs quiet, cools down very good, bought as our compressor on central air system was on back order. Sits in the closet, in case we have a problem again.

Solid equipment, easy to set up. Definitely matches its area of cooling. Tried larger space and struggled but was able to make a bedroom cool off with rest of house at 100 so life saver

What I like on the Item is it cools down the room in few minutes, easy to use and easy to install. What I dislike is that it condensate a bit fast

Works great! It’s a bit on the loud side but I don’t mind it. Cools down my apartment relatively fast.

I've been using this in my bedroom for almost a month. A window unit wouldn't work because the windows open vertically. It's been great! I've only used the low setting. The parts are more sturdy than the last portable unit I had from another company. Some people might think it's too loud but I've been sleeping with a white noise machine for 25 years. Plus, I occasionally have to use earplugs because my husband snores. LOL So the noise is fine for me.

Air conditioner was easy to set up. Instructions were clear. I like the ability to swivel the gate to change air flow. Usually cooled well, but on extremely humid days, had a difficult time keeping up.

Takes awhile to cool a room, but definitely works well. Great for windows that do not support window units. A little bigger than picture lead you to beleive

Excellent quality. Keeping me cool in this brutal summer heat. Super simple set up, clear instructions, i had it up and running in under 35 minutes and my room was cool in less than 5!

I expected it to be so loud according to the reviews, but it was not that bad to me. It cools down a small sized room well enough. I just wish that it uses the other way than sticky strip to seal the vent pipe around the window so I can move this unit easily from room to room.

Easy to install and worked well in my Bedroom. No complaints. It has a remote control and easy to use. My central air went down and great to have this in the bedroom.

Needed this unit for a bedroom that wasn't getting enough AC as the rest of the house and gets hit directly by the sun in the afternoons. Blows nice and cold just a moment after turning on. Price point is a good value and I'm very happy with it so far.

love this, put it in my daughter's room because she has to be super cool, works perfectly, and did not increase electric usage Love the settings, so it's not just continuous running

The air conditioner works well if you have a small apartment or in your room! My apartment isn’t that big and it doesn’t really travel to my room fast enough. It is pretty loud but you’ll get used to it! For the price I got it for, was okay! It does the job it’s just noisy.

I couldn't get another window unit. Too heavy. This Portable Unit seems to do a nice job of keeping my bedroom cool. It has wheels and can easily be moved around.I haven't had it for long so I'm still testing it out. So far I'm very pleased.
