This was very much needed after our office AC went out and the part to fix it was on back order for 3 weeks! This worked so well and saved us!! Easy to assemble! Got very cold!

I bought it a year ago and it still running good It best for tiny rooms not for a regular size bedroom also not sure why but after 8 min it bring a terrible smell it been like that every since i first bought it. I drain the water and clean the back filter and it still smell bad if i have to guess the type smell it smell like mold.

I live an a house with people who stay cold, I’m always hot so I got this so I didn’t have to fight with everyone and could have my room cold with out a hideous window unit. This was worth it and feels great.

This is meant for a medium sized room but it cools my large living room, dining room, kitchen and hallways all the way to the front entrance. When people want into the apartment it feels like we have central air conditioning. I totally recommend it.

I live on the third floor, thank Best Buy for delivering upstairs because it is heavy! However will the major heat wave it has help cool half my apartment due to the apartment design. If I had an open concept I would only need this one but my apartment is closed of so it helps cool my too largest room and it is such a blessing.

We bought this for my sons room (located over the garage) which is always HOT. This really helps keep it cool during the hotter parts of the day in Texas. It’s heavy but can be moved around if needed.

Definitely came in handy this summer. Will work for medium sized living room. This item will not cook your entire house but only a select room. It’s easy to install and creates a cool environment in no time. Overall satisfied!

I've had this unit in my apartment for a couple weeks now. It works so well to keep my room cool. It's a bit louder than I expected. It does a great job though! If recommend this if you needed to cool a larger room and window units don't cut it.

Best purchase made. I've had one for over 2 years and still going strong. Just bought another for an additional room.

My son is renting a house in Katy, Texas and the landlord will not have the central A/C serviced. Due to the central A/C not working properly, the humidity could not be taken out of the air. Anything with metal in his room was starting to rust and his clothes were getting mildew on them, due to the humidity. When I found out about this, I researched and read reviews about portable A/C's. The homeowner's association would not allow a window unit. I purchased this portable A/C and my son set it up and had it running immediately. He has been extremely happy with it. He says he leaves it on 72 degrees and his room stays very cool and the humidity problem has been solved. He said it cools part of the rest of their house also, when his bedroom door is open. I would recommend this portable A/C for anyone for a bedroom.

Great product. Saved our lives when central ac was out. Set up was very easy. Had running in less than one half hour.

Unit works as expected. Had to purchase then when i had some a/c issues at my house. Unit works good for the squar footage it covers. The only thing with these units is how noisy they are when running. Overall we are happy with the unit.

It works well. My room is cold now. It also has a remote.

Cools well, setup slightly difficult (as all portable ACs are) for my horizontal sliding windows. Easy to move around the room, blows nice cold air, and draining is simple. Very well worth the cost.

The reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because its LOUD with which ever mode you use. It’s twice as loud as a window unit. It’s not “really” portable. You can’t just unplug it and take to from room to room without having to take out the entire window venting tube system and redo it again. It cools nice but I have a small room so I’m not sure about bigger rooms.

Works great even in really hot conditions! It’s kind of loud but I can deal with it
