It really gets the job done ✅ so I don’t have any real complaints other than it is a little bit loud. But that is to be expected with indoor units.

I bought it a year ago and it still running good It best for tiny rooms not for a regular size bedroom also not sure why but after 8 min it bring a terrible smell it been like that every since i first bought it. I drain the water and clean the back filter and it still smell bad if i have to guess the type smell it smell like mold.

Keeps the rooms cold. Haven’t needed to drain them yet. Over a month of use in 85-90+ degree weather outside. Can be alittle loud but cheaper than buying new central air.

Works great even in really hot conditions! It’s kind of loud but I can deal with it

Don’t regret buying this air conditioner. Gets my whole room perfectly cold in this dreadful heat. I’ve read some reviews saying that this particular ac is loud but it’s not too loud and sounds like almost every other ac out there.

It works as well as a window AC with the added bonus of being somewhat mobile. I was disappointed at the limited mobility due to the length of the hose. I was hoping to be able to move it between two rooms and can’t because the hose is too short. This is ultimately my fault for not reading the description carefully, which I suggest others do.

Love my unit. It keeps my room very cool. It is a little noisy so I have to get use to that. But about as noisy as a regular window unit.

This unit works so well for my entire upstairs. Upstairs gets hotter than the rest of the house so this keeps it cool. I didn’t see a large increase in my electric bill. Easy to install.

Purchased to cool my bedroom which is approx 150 sq ft. Cools the room quickly but is a bit loud.

Cools off the room fast and it is easy to use,no mess when filter is in need of cleaning

I don't normally go out of my way to write these things but I just had to after plugging this thing up and witnessing immediately how effective this little unit is. THIS IS A BEAST. For some context, my game room specifically where I keep my consoles and PC has no immediate access to any A/C vents, so I would have to settle for putting a fan in the room and propping the door so cooler air from the rest of the house would flow in. This bad boy erased that issue. Within literally a few minutes my room was cooling down and I could comfortably relax and chill without having to prop the door open and turn on a fan. This is definitely one of the best practical purchases I have made with Best Buy.

great product for a small room. Its not super loud but it does drown out noise just like a fan would.

First off it's heavy don't try an carry this thing around get a dolley second vent for fan opens at an angle the door points the air in the direction u want cooled I have yet to master the best spot to keep the door at. It's cool but could be cooler blower for ac could blow harder. It works keeps me an one person at a cool temp I use it in small garage when I cut hair next time I'll buy a better one with stronger blower and better vent system

I’ve been using the AC feature since I’ve purchased, it was easy to set up. There’s different modes, auto and a feature that allows you to see what temperature is currently in your room. Fan has different speeds, it also works as a humidifier- did not use that feature yet. Overall, would recommend product.

Works wonders in a small space. Definitely cools the area off when on the cool setting. The hose wasn’t quite long enough for me, due to our window being very high.

Best purchase made. I've had one for over 2 years and still going strong. Just bought another for an additional room.

Bought this in 2023 and have used it two summers now. Works great, and quickly cools the room off. I like that i can just roll it into the closet and out of site when not in use - no lifting and fitting into a window, etc.

Very easy to install. A little bit heavy for transportation. Too loud for night use.

Not loud, gets cold really fast, easy to install. Well somewhat just when applying the window slides you will need someone to hold, but other then that I love it. Ac has fan that opens and closes.

Just right for what I needed. It does cool down the room substantially however the room is small. Very easy to assemble and put on the window. Definitely worth it
