Works great out of the box 90% of the time, blows really cold air 90% of the time. Most of the time I keep between 70-72 degrees and blows really cold air, but a few times at night, I set for even colder like 67-68 degrees, but didn't see to blow as cold as it did when I had at 70-72 degrees, I'd expect if I set the temp to colder, that the air coming out would be colder. Occasionally didn't happen, so unsure whats going on. Still works good, but confusing sometimes when reconciling the temp settings to how cold the air feels coming out of the unit.

Well it helped with the heat, however it is oretty loud

AC works great. The setting up the window vent and hose were fairly easy. Keeps our upstairs cool. I have already recommended this product to a few people.

It cooled my room decently in Texas. Then just got clogged and quit. Thankfully I had a warranty and exchanged it for different brand one. I did clean the filter on a regular basis and cleaned the back of it. Save your money and buy something else.

Setup was easy. Don’t like the draining setup . Had to clean my floor of water a few times. Works good cooling

Cools room very quickly but a little noisy. The remote doesn’t seem to work well.

This is my second unit we purchased another one for my daughter apartment at college. So far so good it works as advertised and has made the upstairs bedroom very livable even during our recent 115F heat wave. For around $300 this has really saved our family. In full disclosure we do have central air but very limited airflow in that room. Ultimately these units are not a replacement for a traditional 12,000 BTU window unit but as far as blowing ice cold air they rock. Yes, I would buy it again not sure about how long it will last but for now I'm happy.

Bought this for my garage and while it does cool the garage, it could definitely be better for the price

Purchased this for my daughters bedroom, our upstairs gets brutally hot during the summer. This thing turns her room into a freezer in about 10 minutes. We love it. We turn it on when she’s about to go to bed and it keeps tge room cold all night. It’s not so loud that it wakes you up throughout the night. Great product, will definitely buy more.

i love this AC. and the price it was very affordable. easy to set up. i love that it comes with a remote. its not too incredibly loud (for me)
