this unit was simple to set up and operate. I have enjoyed having it. my central air unit was leaking and this helped keep the place cooler.

This has been one of the best purchases I have done since shopping at Best Buy. My room has been so cold and it doesn’t rack up the light bill like I thought it would’ve since I have it running all day

I've used this unit a few times, it is very easy to set up and use. I keep it as a back up, I have central air in my home but you never know. I used it during a power outage spanning several days plugged into my generator, and I've lent it to a friend to use while their central air was being repaired. The remote is a little spotty, but I find that I don't use it much.

We where without power on generstor. The house temp was over 80. Bought this on sale (thanks Best uy), brought our high ceiling living room down to 75. Added a fan comfort for the next 3 days.

My house AC went out the Friday before July 4th. Although I immediately contacted my service people and arranged to have a new unit installed, that would not happen for 6 days. I immediately contacted Best Buy and in a bit more than an hour, I picked up this portable unit. I had help getting it installed but it was a quick and easy job. The unit kept my living area cool enough to be comfortable for the next six days even though the outside temps reached low 90’s. I am very pleased with how it did.

Purchased this unit as my previous unit got damaged due to bad weather and even though it worked perfect I dont like the fact that it doesnt have a bucket for draining the water like my other one, therefore, I returned it. Overall unit works as described and worked flawlessly, kept the room super cold & its quiet.

I've had this thing sitting around for nearly 3 months because I was dreading setting it up and installing the window outlet. (Thank God it stayed below 80 F most of this summer, in Los Angeles!) I decided to tackle it tonight and I can't believe how easy it is to set up! It would have taken a little over 30 minutes if I didn't have to move and clean all the stuff in the area I wanted to put it. Really, a rank beginner could put this thing together in no time, so don't let anything stop you from getting this!

This air conditioner is great for single rooms! The only thing that you must be careful when removing the exhaust vent tube the tabs that connect are plastic and will break.

My only complaint about this product is the noise but even it is tolerable. As far as cooling a bedroom down it’s 5 stars.

This thing puts out, well worth its price, my apartment gets pretty toasty through summer and this makes light work of keeping the place cool. Fairly low noise output for the type of ac and nice and heavy so the pets wont knock it over!

Excellent air conditioner,just wish it was quieter,it’s very loud. That’s why I gave the 4 stars and not 5!

My central air had just went out on the hottest day. It was the biggest life savior. I recommend this item to anyone who needs relief immediately. Price not bad.

This has done great at cooling the house down this last summer. Plus install was super simple and will always beat having to install a full window unit.

Good product, easy to setup and cools out bedroom fast. My only complaint is it is loud. But very good product overall
