    I got this as an open box and am very pleased with how well it works. I've got a pretty good sized bedroom and it does a great job cooling down the room. It's also not too loud which is great.

    Best for hot humid weather. It is a little noisy but becomes a good White noise. Our bedroom 12/15 gets cooled in under 5 minutes.

    I bought one first to make sure it was worth the money. It turned out to be a really good product, specially when it came to taking out the humidity out the room. Easy to install, clean and the room gets super cold depending of which setting you choose.

    Works great my AC went out took a week to fix we bought this item , kept the master bedroom on second floor, cold, she would set it to 62 degrees and it made 300sq feet ish cold! Like under the blanket cold

    I am only giving this 4 stars being that there was no remote or manual in the box. I called Best Buy & was told I would need to return it if I wanted a remote. Otherwise we love this air conditioner we would recommend it, it cools very quickly & is quiet.
