It turned out to be a really good product, specially when it came to taking out the humidity out the room. Easy to install, clean and the room gets super cold depending of which setting you choose.

I called Best Buy & was told I would need to return it if I wanted a remote. Otherwise we love this air conditioner we would recommend it, it cools very quickly & is quiet.

Great at cooling

Gets the room so chilly that my gf will sometimes complain about it freezing. Only problem was that the humidifier setting didn’t work at all, not once since I got it.
