Fairly low noise output for the type of ac and nice and heavy so the pets wont knock it over!

The only thing that you must be careful when removing the exhaust vent tube the tabs that connect are plastic and will break.

Bought this on sale (thanks Best uy), brought our high ceiling living room down to 75. Added a fan comfort for the next 3 days.

It turned out to be a really good product, specially when it came to taking out the humidity out the room. Easy to install, clean and the room gets super cold depending of which setting you choose.

Perfect for our needs

We purchased this unit and set up a bedroom we were no longer using as a sitting and bedroom during this period. This unit worked well, and gave us a place of comfort during a hot Florida summer heat and humidity. We will be keeping it for that bedroom, in case we have company, as that room has always been difficult to cool

I called Best Buy & was told I would need to return it if I wanted a remote. Otherwise we love this air conditioner we would recommend it, it cools very quickly & is quiet.
